Carrier EDI
Our system can receive carrier-standard EDI files with all bill of ladings and their details.
Our system contains management part to edit or delete manifest (EDI generated or manually entered) and (edit, delete, add) bill of ladings and their details in this uploaded manifest as long as it’s in draft mode.
The carrier/shipping agents can view all submitted/drafted manifests and their details in the “manage manifest” section.



Carrier Data
Our system can receive from carrier/shipping agents new manifests with all bill of lading and all details manually.
Our system contains management part to edit or delete manifest (uploaded-manual) and (edit, delete, add) bill of lading and its details in this created manifest as long as in draft mode.
Customs officers can create new manifest with all bill of lading and all details manually.
Customs officers can manage all manifests created to edit information about this manifest or edit all its details
The carrier/shipping agents can view full information about submitted manifests in the “submitted manifest” section. Same applies to the drafted manifests in the “manage draft manifests”.
Customs officers can search about specific bill of lading to edit its information and edit all its details.



Amend and Supplement
The carrier/shipping agents can create new supplement request which means the company choose exist manifest to add new bill of lading and its details.
The carrier/shipping agents can manage supplement request before final submitting to (edit-delete-add) information of bill of lading and its details and if request rejected the company can reopen the request again.
Customs officers can view submitted supplement request which means view bill of lading and its details and he decide if request rejected or accepted.
Customs officers can view all closed supplement request (accepted or rejected) and he can view all history of this request and who rejected or accepted and who sent request and view dates of these operations and view acceptance or rejected
The companies can create new Amendment request which means the company choose exist manifest to edit information of bill of lading and its details or add new line item.
The companies can manage Amendment request before final submitting to (edit-delete-add) information of bill of lading and its details or add new line item and if request rejected the company can reopen the request again.
Customs officers can view submitted Amendment request which means the original bill of lading vs amended bill of lading and make highlight if exist any changes and so on with all its details then he decide if request rejected or accepted.
Customs officers can view all closed Amendment request (accepted or rejected) and he can view all history of this request and who rejected or accepted and who sent request and view dates of these operations and view the acceptance or rejected reasons.



Tally
After the boarding is done, then there is the tally operation, the customs officer tallies the physical containers versus what was received in the manifest whether electronically or manually. The tally step is very important, it lets us know which containers actually reached the port in Country.
